Uniform Information

We take pride when it comes to our school uniform. We believe wearing a school uniform helps develop a good mindset for education.

 

 We have a simple school uniform that is worn by all children in the school:

 

  • White plain polo shirt

  • Bottle green school sweat shirt*

 

Items marked * are embroidered with the school badge may be bought from: Clive Marks School wear, Saddler Centre, Walsall)

  • Grey trousers/Skirt or pinafore (STRICTLY NO DENIM) or green and white summer school dress (Summer months only)

  • Black school shoes

PE Uniform

For PE and Sports children will need to come dressed in suitable sports wear. Please ensure all items are labelled with your child's name and class. We are also not responsible for any loss or damaged items of clothing. Please no football shirts. 

Swimming – more information regarding which year groups are going swimming to follow. Boys and girls require a towel and swimming hat. Boys require trunks (no swimming shorts of any description are allowed). Girls require a swimsuit (no bikinis please).

Jewellery

 

In the interests of safety, children may not wear any jewellery although religious requirements will be respected. Please inform your child’s teacher about any special arrangements you wish to make. For any child who needs to wear a piece of religious jewellery, school will provide a sweat band for their safely and others. 

 

Earrings are not permitted on PE days for health and safety, please can they be removed before coming into school or medical tape will need to be provided from home.

 

Due to health and safety regulations, those children who choose to wear scarf will need to wear a hijab cap during PE. 

 

Our uniform is designed to be practical, easy to clean and good value for money. Our school uniform is also an important part of our behaviour policy: it helps all of our children to have a sense of belonging, and to take pride in being part of our school.
